A spacious Wellington Point new build with four bedrooms, four baths, flexible living areas, and a three-car garage.
Buyer Experience
In their own words.
Met Chris at one of the open houses we went to and while that wasn’t the right house for us, we did find the right Agent for us. After that Chris helped us refine our search parameters and see many houses that were closer match to our wants and needs.
We even came across a few houses that we were willing to make offer on, but eventually decided to get everything we want by option to build and customize many facets in an available lot in a new development area within our target location.
Chris stayed with us throughout all the negotiations with the builder, going through options and selections, and going through the build process all the way through closing nearly a full year later.
We will continue to rely on Chris for our future Real Estate needs.
Property Story
A new build chosen and customized for long-term living.
Built in 2017 in Wellington Point, this 4,006-square-foot single-family home paired four bedrooms and four baths with multiple spaces for everyday life and entertaining. The layout included a dedicated study, formal dining, a living area with a stone fireplace, a loft or media area, and a three-car garage.
The kitchen centered on an island with a walk-in pantry and butler’s pantry, while the extended patio added an outdoor connection. This buyer-represented transaction followed a nearly year-long process of selecting a lot, customizing the home, and working through builder negotiations to closing.
