We were in the midst of a sellers market, and we couldn’t fly down from NJ fast enough to view houses before they were snapped up. Chris decided we’d try to Skype houses, and because of his terrific attention to detail as he walked through the houses (and we watched from our monitor in NJ), we found the ideal house and made an offer. When we finally saw the house with our own eyes, it was as though we’d been there before – no surprises whatsoever. I would not recommend this route with just any real estate agent, but Chris did a great job. He also excelled at negotiations and translating the local idiosyncrasies of the mortgage system. I have no qualms about recommending Chris as a real estate agent.
