If you’ve taken the time to visit my website, I encourage you to take a look at my reviews.  I don’t cherry pick my reviews, in fact, you can take a look at them on Zillow if you’d like.  I send review request on every single closing, unfortunately, Zillow doesn’t always record the survey.  I recently helped a client buy and sell, I sent him surveys for each (to different emails) and Zillow has yet to show them, can’t win them all I guess!

I listen to a lot of podcast and books on tape.  As I grow and learn within the business, one thing that many of the marketing and real estate guru’s tell you is that you have to identify what’s unique about you. I figure, I’d take a shot.

I’ve always been in the customer service/relationship building industry.  I take pride in providing prompt and honest communication.  I’ve worked with many people from different backgrounds and experiences and what I’ve found is we all have a few things in common.  We want to be treated with respect, we want to know that our concerns are validated and we want to feel secure.  Personally, I want to feel like I’ve done a great job and met my expectations as well as my customers.  So far this year I’ve helped 21 people either buy or sell their home.  In the process I’ve gotten the chance to know them and their families.  I’m proud of the fact I’ve been able to build relationships while helping them accomplish their plans.

So what do I think makes me unique?  I think it’s that I put myself in each of my clients position and do what they need me to do.  I guess I’m more worried about the health of the relationship I’m building and less about the numbers I’m closing.
