I first became a licensed REALTOR® in 2004 and immediately jumped head first into the real estate industry learning from the top agents in my office. I soon landed a role in the corporate and government relocation industry working for Cartus a subsidiary of Realogy. During my time with Cartus, I led customer service teams across multiple lines of business working directly with USAA, Navy Fed and corporate relocating clients.
In 2013, I was recruited by the leading single and multi-family software as a service provider, RealPage. While at RealPage, I had the opportunity to lead the Propertyware Global Product Support team providing software training and support to single family property managers and fee managers throughout the United States. This allowed me the chance to be more directly involved with the real estate industry which ultimately led to me to obtaining my real estate license again in 2016.
I’m a graduate of the University of North Texas and currently working toward obtaining my broker’s license. My experience in leading customer service teams in the relocation field as well as my experience managing global product support teams has taught me the importance of building strong relationships through honest and timely communication. I believe trust, responsibility, respect, honesty and service are the primary factors in developing a strong and successful relationship.
