I live in Fort Worth with my wife, an elementary school teacher in the Northwest ISD, my son and daughter. While working for a local non-profit, I decided to pursue my real estate license after purchasing my first home in 2003. In 2004, I started working at Keller Williams in Fort Worth and immediately jumped head first into the real estate industry by learning from the top agents in my office.
My level of dedication and commitment to excellent customer service soon landed me a role in the corporate and government relocation industry working for Cartus, a subsidiary of Realogy. During my time with Cartus, I led many customer service teams across multiple lines of business. My main focus was administering the then named Movers Advantage Program for USAA members. At Cartus, I had the privilege of working closely with our current and former military as well as their families.
In 2013, I was recruited by RealPage, a leading Software as a Service provider for single and multi-family property managers. While at RealPage, I led Propertyware’s global support team providing software training and support to property managers throughout the United States. This allowed me the chance to be more directly involved with the real estate industry which ultimately led to obtaining my real estate license again.
My experience in leading customer service teams in the corporate and government relocation fields as well as experience managing global product support teams taught me the importance of building strong client relationships through honest and timely communication. I believe trust, respect, honesty and providing exceptional service are the driving factors in building a strong and successful relationship. I’m excited to be in the real estate industry and can’t wait to help you find your new home.
